Bonjour Jolie March Review

This is a review for a monthly box subscription called Bonjour Jolie.
For $16 + $5 shipping if you live in the United States you will receive a package of goodies right in time for that terrible time of the month.

Bonjour Jolie allows you to pick 25 feminine hygiene items each month and they include all sorts of extra pampering gifts. They pretty much have every brand of pad, panty liner,  tampon etc you can think of and if not you can request it.

You do not have to keep your selection to a specific item. If you want 25 tampons go for it, but you can get a few pads, a few liners, whatever as long as it adds up to 25 items.

The way I figure, you spend $8 or so each month on a box of tampons. For $13 more you get them delivered directly and in discreetly to your door as well as teas, body scrubs, chocolates, special hand picked gifts etc. Just what you need to start off a dreadful week.
This company is made up of 5 individuals.  Period. They put so much thought and heart into their boxes. Usually they stick with themes depending on the month or holiday.
I think Bonjour Jolie is an absolutely wonderful thing and $21 to put a smile on my face and make that week a little better is worth it. Plus no more buying tampons at the grocery store.
The box I received early April was St Patricks Day themed. I am assuming that's because when I ordered it was still March. At first I was a tiny bit dissapointed because I had already seen pictures of this box from others and I was expecting their April themed box but it was put together SO thoughtfully and it is SUCH a great box. I love everything. They sent it via 2 day priority mail and included $50 insurance on it. Wow. No sub has ever given 2 day shipping.
Here's some pictures :)
Great first glance!
This detailed card tells you what exactly is in your box, where it is from and the estimated value. Tampons not included, my box is worth over $30 and most everything was imported from Ireland!
My 25 tampons I selected are packaged very discreetly in the solid green bag. Look how adorable everything is presented.  I just love it and I am going to save all of these little bags.
The star of this month was this delicate silver plated charm bracelet.  Because I have super tiny wrists it was a few links too large but I fixed that real quick by removing them until it fit right. It is very cute and light weight!
I received an eucalyptus and lemon exfoliating massage bar, a lotion bar made from beeswax from beehives in Ireland that also incorporate cocoa butter and coconut oil. Yes please. Lastly for pampering I received a hand soap from the same store in Ireland that makes the lotion bar. This soap is all natural with no extra stuff added so that is wonderful.  It smells great!
Yummies!! They included an orange chocolate roll, irish butter toffee, chocolate peppermints, caramelized tea biscuits,  honey sticks and various irish teas. Everything is directly from Ireland. I had to stop myself from devouring everything before I could give my husband a chance to try a few lol

So based on this first box I am definitely going to continue receiving and reviewing boxes from Bonjour Jolie. They are wonderful.

A couple weeks ago this tiny, tiny company's owners home burned down, all possessions lost. From what I have read she and her family are okay and staying strong and putting their lives back together.  It amazes me that with this tragedy occurring they were still able to fulfill orders and respond promptly to their customers.  I really hope they stick around for a long time. I cannot say nice enough things.
